How quickly do I get paid?
Payments are processed within 30 days of the referred project’s first invoice being paid. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your reward is on its way.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No limit at all! Refer as many businesses as you like. Each successful referral earns you rewards, and multiple referrals can really add up.
What types of projects qualify?
Any web design, development, or digital marketing project qualifies. This includes new websites, redesigns, e-commerce sites, and ongoing maintenance contracts.
Do I need to be a client to refer?
Not at all! Our referral program is open to everyone – clients, partners, friends, and anyone who knows a business that could benefit from our services.
How do I track my referrals?
We’ll keep you updated every step of the way via email. You’ll know when we’ve made contact, when a project is confirmed, and when your payment is processed.
What information do I need to provide about my referral?
We’ll need your referral’s name, email address, and company name. You can also include their phone number and a brief note about their project needs to help us provide the best initial consultation. The more context you provide, the better we can tailor our approach to their specific requirements.
Can I refer multiple people from the same company?
Yes, you can refer multiple contacts from the same organization. Each referral that leads to a separate, qualified project will earn you a commission. However, if multiple contacts are for the same project, only one referral fee will be paid for that project.
What happens if my referral doesn't respond right away?
We’ll follow up with your referral three times over a two-week period. If they don’t respond initially but contact us within 6 months mentioning your referral, you’ll still receive credit. We recommend giving your referral a heads-up that we’ll be reaching out to increase response rates.
Is there a minimum project value for me to earn a commission?
Yes, the referred project must have a minimum value of $5,000 for you to earn a commission. This ensures that both you and the client benefit meaningfully from the referral partnership. There’s no maximum limit on project value or your potential earnings.
Can I refer my current employer or my own business?
You cannot refer your current employer or a business you own or have a financial stake in. The referral program is designed for genuine third-party introductions. However, you can refer former employers, colleagues at other companies, or businesses in your professional network.
How do I know if someone else has already referred the same client?
When you submit a referral, we’ll check our system and notify you within 24 hours if that client has already been referred by someone else. The first person to submit the referral gets credit. We encourage you to submit referrals as soon as you’ve spoken with your contact about it.
What support do you provide to help me make successful referrals?
